Their team works with youth to develop their skills in the gym, by emphasizing correct lifting techniques, and nutrition principles focusing on old school basics.
Just like a chain, weak links are the body’s limiting factors, contributing to injuries or limitations in performance. They analyze a youth’s weakness and strengths, helping them get to the next level safely, and reducing potential injuries, while having fun.
Depending on what sports or physical activities a child has participated in, they develop some muscles while other muscles are not as developed creating imbalances. That’s one reason they don’t do canned programs, but attempt to give each child what they need to excel. Because they care about “Kids” and want them to succeed in life as well as sports we have created group training programs that are affordable, yet still individualized. 
For those interested in Power-lifting or Strongman, we have World Champion coaches and athletes in the gym to help you along your way.
We have worked with Police and Fire fitness programs going on 20 years, so if you are getting ready to start your career and are preparing for an entrance test, or need some assistance with your workout program for the job you already have, they are the guy’s to help you.
